Ryan Burke was wonderful to work with Woodhouse did a wonderful job. Our vehicle was broken into and somebody tried to steal it but were unsucessful. Oil change and tire rotation I was extremely satisfied with the service performed. My oil change was done but the tire rotation did not occur as I was informed that my tires are g I was extremely satisfied with the service performed. We were not ready for that today so we opted to do it on our next visit or coming up soon. Please understand that the customer service and courtesy were great but I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because when I bought the car from Plaza Buick, I bought it with lifetime carwashes included, but since Woodhouse took it over, that is no longer available to me. Furthermore, I am even more disappointed that I don’t even get it washed when I bring it back to the dealer I purchased it at for an oil change. Kind of disappointing...considering the deal was made when I bought the vehicle. (The funny thing is, I probably only brought it in for just the “free” car wash only about half a dozen times a year… It was the “principle” of taking that benefit away even though it was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Don’t misunderstand, I really do appreciate your service department and they always do a GREAT job!! More

I had to bring my truck back twice for issues that should have been addressed at original time of servic Not sure I’d recommend Woodhouse for service. I had to bring my truck back twice for issues that should have been addressed at original time of service. I also had a body repair job, which lasted nearly six weeks - Woodhouse blames the insurance company, the insurance company blamed Woodhouse. Both are at fault, in my opinion, but I was the one left with too large of a bill. The final (after three trips) work quality was good. Kyle in service helped a great deal and was an ok advocate. More
