Sean Clarke the service advisor I talked to said bring it in and we'll work you in. They checked out the tire and showed me why it couldn't be fixed and they gave me my options. Because they were factory tires I ended up getting a set of 4 new tires. I appreciate them getting me in as quick as they didand was very pleased with the service. More

Oil change I highly recommend Buick for vehicle service. Just little disappointed when I had phone conversation before my appointment that I had 2 free oil chan I highly recommend Buick for vehicle service. 10/29/2018 Service I received my first oil change & opted to do my 7500 maintenance (as I was already close, but didn’t want to come back in 800 miles.) I had an appoint I received my first oil change & opted to do my 7500 maintenance (as I was already close, but didn’t want to come back in 800 miles.) I had an appointment scheduled for 0900 - but the service for the oil change & tire rotation still took approximately 1.5 hours. Overall, the service was great and the service advisor was prompt with any questions/concerns I had. I’m giving a 4 star simply because the amount of time it took as I’ve had similar services done (not on a truck, so it may be different?) that took A LOT less time! Regardless, I’ll continue to come back but I’ll probably take advantage of the rides you guys provide rather then wait around. Keep up the good work!! More
