Great Customer Service I made an online appointment to get an oil change and rear wiper arm replaced. After arriving, I asked about another issue with the windshield washer I made an online appointment to get an oil change and rear wiper arm replaced. After arriving, I asked about another issue with the windshield washer nozzle being plugged and not squirting washer fluid. Joey Scroggs assisted me and and made sure I had the info I needed to decide my options. I ended up accepting all of the services needed and even got the plugged washer nozzle fixed at no cost! I'm especially happy that Woodmen Nissan is opened on Sundays as this is the most convenient time for me to get my cars serviced. I highly recommend Woodmen Nissan and Joey Scroggs for all your service needs. More

Lied to and charged for work not completed This review is in regards to WN's service department. The alternator in my car died several weeks ago and I initially had my car towed to WN for repai This review is in regards to WN's service department. The alternator in my car died several weeks ago and I initially had my car towed to WN for repairs. After being disrespected throughout the entire process by Brandon F, I made the decision to have my car towed elsewhere for the repair. I was told by Brandon F during the diagnosis that my battery had also died and was not chargeable and needed to be replaced. I had also requested an oil change, that Brandon told me was completed and charged me for. Once I had the car towed, I was informed by the new mechanic that the battery did hold a charge and did not need to be replaced, and that the oil change had not been done. Brandon F and possibly others, knowingly committed fraud and lied and charged me for a service that was not completed. The assistant manager refunded the money once he was made aware of the issue and confirmed that the battery was fine and the oil change not done, but he was supposed to follow up with me within a week to let me know what his investigation found and if more people were involved. It's been three weeks and there has been zero contact. Obviously, Woodmen Nissan will no longer be servicing any of our cars. More
