My husband of 59 years died in Dec. so as with many widows, this was a new experience, and I decided to bring my vehicle to be serviced at the dealers My husband of 59 years died in Dec. so as with many widows, this was a new experience, and I decided to bring my vehicle to be serviced at the dealership where I had purchased van. I had told young man to call me if there was a problem I needed to know about.....then I didn't take my phone with me and this slowed the servicing process down. Also, I didn't tell him I had a coupon for service so he had to re-figure the statement. No complaints or mean looks. So appreciated his attitude and professionalism. I will be back in Aug. Thank you, again, for the secure feeling I had when I drove away from Woody's that day after a complete service . More
