I found their cars on the Facebook market place and was able to get a lot of info about a lot of cars in a relatively short amount of time. Before I ever talked to a person I was fairly convinced of which vehicle I wanted. When I did first speak with Polly she was kind and friendly, and she assisted my over the phone to get the ball rolling before I was able to step in the door. She never tried to upsell me, or steer me toward something i didn't want. The prices on Facebook were a little deceiving. After speaking with one sales rep and then also Polly, I got the impression that I might be eligible for some rebates and that the find price could go down. What wasn't made clear initially was that the prices on Facebook are assuming that you are getting all of the available rebates. Which means if you don't qualify for any of them, the price is actually higher. The dealers website was much more clear about this, and how i found out. That being said, I technically did not qualify for the rebate, but Polly went to bat for me and I was able to receive it anyway. I believe that she helped me to get the best deal, and was willing to help me with anything I wanted needed. The only other thing that could have been improved was their understanding of some of the infotainment technology, specifically the Android Auto integration. They didn't seem to understand much about it even though almost all of their newer vehicles have it. These are minor complaints in an otherwise flawless experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check out their website or Facebook page and buy from them. More

In & out in a couple hours. Couple days later, air was blowing warm. Called Jeff, he set up service closer to my home. Just needed a recharge. Fixed at no charge! YOU WONT GET THAT HERE! I found the perfect truck at a great price. Simply called & was lucky enough to get Polly Applebury! She had me in my new truck before I even knew I was sold on it. The video by the owner while I waited on paperwork answered every single question I could of had & is exactly what I want to hear from a dealership. That being said - a business is nothing without the right people. Everyone was great & genuinely friendly. However - Managemt Please consider & pass this along to whomever can make things happen : Polly Applebury is down right AMAZING! You need take what she does & make it the Gold Standard for your employees Nationwide. I had told young man to call me if there was a problem I needed to know about.....then I didn't take my phone with me and this slowed the servicing process down. Also, I didn't tell him I had a coupon for service so he had to re-figure the statement. No complaints or mean looks. So appreciated his attitude and professionalism. I will be back in Aug. Thank you, again, for the secure feeling I had when I drove away from Woody's that day after a complete service . More
