GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE We bought a 2014 Dodge truck, not long after, (temp tags not even ran out) one morning it would not start, hubs called Woodys... they gave him info We bought a 2014 Dodge truck, not long after, (temp tags not even ran out) one morning it would not start, hubs called Woodys... they gave him info to call the warranty, road side assistance. they got right on it. and truck soon on way to Woodys in Chillicothe.. Hubs called service dept, stressing he had missed work d/t this not starting and needed fixed asap, if at all possible or a loaner...also it needed a license plate frame put on the front, of truck as their was none, and also we found out, one of the keys would lock, but not unlock doors... Service Dept got right on it! New battery installed, a nice frame put on truck for the front license plate. and the key replaced! The service deportment was courteous, quick with information and quick with the repairs. Big sigh of relief! at the great service! Thank you! More

However, considering our positive experience, we would suggest you strongly consider Woody's Automotive Group (with locations in Chillicothe, St. Joseph and Lee's Summit) for your next used car. My wife and I had looked for several weeks at used car options to replace our older vehicle. We found what we were looking for through a general search on the web and I made a few phone calls to pre-qualify the dealer and our chosen vehicle. We also did our research to verify that the vehicle we were interested in was priced favorably. After confirming with kbb.com, edmunds.com, cargurus.com and our insurance agent, we made the trip to St. Joe to view and test drive our chosen vehicle. It was everything we were told and shown through the website. We stated that our purchase was contingent on our mechanic checking it out. Woody's and our sales advisor, Tyler Parisoff, agreed to let us drive the vehicle to our mechanic (approx. 66 miles away at Hurst Imports) for his complete assessment of our purchase vehicle. Upon his confirmation, we were able to finalize all details and officially take title and possession of our vehicle at the Lee's Summit location. We were very pleased and would recommend Tyler Parisoff of the St. Joe location, and Woody's Automotive Group if you want an honest, professional, knowledgable, "no hassle" and accommodating experience.
