Smooth and Painless!!!!!! Curtis Smith and the Crew were great, Not pushy, but there to answer questions as they arose. Even with us forgetting our title to our trade in, they said no worries, just sign it and mail it to us!! My only time I felt rushed was when a third party person came in to finish signing paper work, I was on the phone with our insurance company changing coverage. They ignored the fact I was trying to converse with the agent and started pushing papers in front of me to sign, I just feel this was rude on their part. I guess I should asked for a minute to finish, but figured it was obvious. But other then that it was Smooth and Painless!!!! More
