RECONSIDER BEFORE VISITING They have a huge selection which is a plus. Yet pretty much all the staff in varying departments is going to "fall back" on using the "I'm/we're really busy" whenever you have needs to be brought to them. If you're regularly this busy, I would recommend locating additional staff to assist. We were having issues getting our car licensed in our local community (90 miles from Chillicothe). Turns out the paperwork given to us could only be licensed at the Chillicothe DMV!?! Battling with this issue cost me a full work-day on the phone & another half-day travel back to Chillicothe to license the car. And when voicing concerns to my sales agent, they initially deflected it back to the title department without any sort of concern or apology (and this being an agent who we had purchased 4 cars from). The apology eventually came after "at length" texting. Think twice about the huge selection as you will lose out on the overall customer service. More
