Problem Solved! We bought a van that had an issue... Took it in for service, it was one of those problems that only like to show its face to myself and my wife, lol. But after some explanation and a couple videos of what it was doing, Deryk in service was bound and determined to solve this issue. Superb Customer Service When we went to Woody’s we knew exactly what we were looking for and which vehicle we wanted to see. I had done all my research online prior to coming When we went to Woody’s we knew exactly what we were looking for and which vehicle we wanted to see. I had done all my research online prior to coming and had also called and spoken with Neva and Polly about the vehicle over the phone. Neva took the time to send pictures of the tire tread to me beforehand. We drove a couple hours from where we live to see this vehicle. I’ll admit, they were extremely busy when we got there. However, when a business does great service and puts their customers first you should hope and expect them to be busy...that’s a good sign! They gave us space to test and inspect the vehicle without looking over our shoulder, yet they were available to answer our questions and concerns about it too. They worked very hard for us in getting everything lined up. They did allow us to negotiate price even though it was the last “final price” advertised online. I would highly recommend Wow Woodys! Our preowned vehicle was at least $3,000 cheaper than the next comparable one online somewhere else and it still had almost 20,000 less miles on it too! More
