From the first time I spoke to my sales rep, Russ Singleton - highly recommended and honest man!!! - to when I drove off the lot in my new pickup, everything was transparent. I searched and found the vehicle I wanted via the internet, the only issue was, the dealership was 4 1/2 hours away. Obviously before committing to that kind of drive, I needed to speak to someone about the vehicle, and get a feel for how the “negotiation” would go. Right up front Russ and I talked numbers, I shot him an offer, he took it to the manager, and came back with a counter-offer. It was a very reasonable agreed upon price - and I asked AND got a final, out the door price. How refreshing. I will say this, I searched the internet for 3 weeks before I stumbled upon Woody’s. In that time I found better initial prices, but they quickly skyrocketed when starting to talk actual numbers. That doesn’t happen at Woody’s.......period. They keep their overhead low and pass that savings onto you. Plus there are no hidden fees and (thank goodness) no high pressure sales or up selling. I enthusiastically and highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is wanting to get a fair deal with an honest dealership. BTW ask for Russ - he’ll do right by you!!! More
