I can only speak of the service department of this dealership. The sales department might be good. However, I needed an oil change and due to receiving a coupon. I also was opted to use their valet to come pick up my vehicle and drop it back off after seven hours. I am still waiting on my car. Had I known it was going to take all day to get my car back, I definitely would have not used their service in this manner. Next time, I will choose a local oil change facility where I can be in and out in 30 minutes. More

Chris told me about it when he was checking the vehicle in, he told me it would take an additional four hours to complete the work which was much long than the time I had allowed for the service appointment. He made arrangements with Lyft to get me to work and then delivered the car to me when the work was done later that afternoon - FREE OF CHARGE! Awesome customer service, the way it should be!! More

I have had two appointments for a backup camera replacement . First time I arrived and was told their were nineteen ahead of me and would have to leave my car overnight. I explained I live alone and don't want to be without my car and they suggested I reschedule. I arrived for my appointment yesterday, got checked and after a few minutes was told that the part wasn't available. I live around twenty-five miles from their. I ask why didn't someone tell me when I called. I called World Fords service department. I am upset over the lack of communication. Why make appointments if the never matter? More
