I have had two appointments for a backup camera replacement . First time I arrived and was told their were nineteen ahead of me and would have to leave my car overnight. I arrived for my appointment yesterday, got checked and after a few minutes was told that the part wasn't available. I live around twenty-five miles from their. I ask why didn't someone tell me when I called. I called World Fords service department. I am upset over the lack of communication. Why make appointments if the never matter? More
Took my car in for an emergency repair while visiting out of town. It took 2 days to even get a diagnosis performed, then an additional 2 days to have parts delivered. After all that, the parts ordered were of town. It took 2 days to even get a diagnosis performed, then an additional 2 days to have parts delivered. After all that, the parts ordered were wrong and a hose clip was broken when trying to install the new parts. This delay resulted in me having to have a rental for 2 weeks, an additional $400 cost on top of the repair costs. Now that I finally have my car back, there is a new noise when I creep above 2500 rpm. Sounds like something in the air intake. So I will be incurring additional costs by taking it to my own mechanic at home to investigate what is happening to my car now. I wish the breakdown had occurred when I was at home, not out of town. Very disappointed in the level of service. More
