Upon completion of the test drive, I asked for the car to be placed on a lift and they were happy to do so. This place is up front and open about their products and services. Car was good, so after getting a fair value on my trade, they worked with me to meet my final price expectations. They met them. No added pressure nor sales gimmicks. Wanted to find a dealership that wasn't as pricey as Brumos. MB SLK was pulling to the right so we asked them to do an alignment and balance wheels. They had high school looking guys working on the cars in an unprofessional manner. Tell us our car is in perfect alignment and that they are designed to pull to the right. Then proceeds to tell us to offset that people typically add 5psi to the right side and decrease left side by 5psi. Then to top it off they still charge us 60 bucks. That's all I needed to know to terminate any future business with them. More
