I purchased a 1972 Fiat 500L from World Imports USA this past week. I was so excited because I thought I had found the car I had been looking for over the past 10 years. I owned a 1965 Fiat 500 that I bough past week. I was so excited because I thought I had found the car I had been looking for over the past 10 years. I owned a 1965 Fiat 500 that I bought while I was stationed in Italy. I had it shipped to the US where I enjoyed it for years. I was urged to sell it. I have been wanting to replace it ever since. I found this one and it had been restored. I paid a high price for it, so my expectations were high. When I received it (about a mile from my house) I drove it home. As soon as I got in it to drive, the driver's seatback fell backwards and was almost impossible to drive. I also discovered that it had no seatbelts whatsoever. Not that uncommon for a European car of that age, but it would have been nice if I had been forewarned. This was on Saturday. The following Monday, I took the car to get it inspected so that I could have it registered. It passed, but, on the way home, I stopped at a convenience store. When I came back out, it would not start. How embarrassing, to have a newly purchased vehicle that won't even start. I also discovered that the 2 sets of keys that came with the car were half good. two of the keys worked (on the ignition) but the other two did not work on anything. Two small interior parts just fell off the first day. Lastly, I discovered that this car needs to be double clutched in order to shift. Again, it would have been nice if someone had told me beforehand, as I have never driven a car that needed to be double clutched before. I sent a text to my "salesperson" who told me that he was going to get with his "management team" and that they would get back with me. I waited over 2 days and nothing...very poor customer service after the sale. More

They were very patient with us wiring our money which took a extra day. Very quiet atmosphere and that was so enjoyable just to ask so many questions to be sure that was what we wanted.? Unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I was sold a 1967 Land Rover. What I actually purchased was a 1981 Land Rover. After the completion of the sale the dealer refused to release the vehicle to me. Christian Lukne was extremely rude and condescending. Please consider this and the other reviews online before making a purchase. Still considering my legal options. More

This dealership is awful! ! I took my car in for a simple oil change and they still have my car! It’s in worst shape now than when I brought it in! And all I hear is “I’m sorry ! First, my name is Andrew. However, they continually called me John. I have told Christian and Gary, a manager, several times including when Gary called me and I corrected him in front of Christian, whi called me John. However, we filled out the app with our names (still kept calling us the wrong name after). Gary called and said $40,000 down and he’ll approve. We called on another GC Trackhawk and were approved with $19 down and they said we can even do less if we want. Gary was taking advantage of us. Called Christopher and he said "I believe Gary was trying to be conservative as to not get a instant denial from the banks" Then Gary called and was basically asking me to prove I am not someone called John. You couldn't make this incompetence up. They had our application, our license's and references. Even today, Christopher text and called using the name John. Really really bad service and sales. We ended up buying a 2021 Cayenne GTS from Porsche of North Houston. This place is a big mess. To top it all off, I got a text from the Sales Manager today referring to me by the name John. Just Incredible. More
