get My gap refund process started since 5/5/2022 only to end up being ignored (as far as returned phone calls text messages i.e...are concerned)and given incorrect information regarding My refund if your considering buying a car from World Kia Joliet DONT!!! The dealership would not divulge the company name for My Refund it was like pulling teeth to finally get that information and once I attained it I was told no refund was initiated and that my information was deleted, and previously I was given the spiel that the refund process had begun and to allow 6 to 10 weeks turnaround which is utterly ridiculous to Me. And if I hadn't called the Entity that held My Gap insurance I would've been waiting until the cows came home for a refund. So if I can spare anyone else the frustration I had to endure while Dealing with World Kia Joliet regarding My Gap refund request I hope this review can help anyone to go some where else for a New Vehicle go anywhere Except World Kia Joliet. And by the way thanks Gianna & Robert for rendering the worlds worst customer Service...
