I recently had a disappointing experience at this dealership regarding service for my vehicle, specifically addressing a front-end shaking issue. During our phone conversation on October 3, I learned the initial diagnostic fee was $200, but there was no mention of a $139 package that included an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection until I brought it up. Kameron, the associate I spoke with, seemed unaware of this package.After opting for the package deal, I received a call stating that no issues were found beneath the vehicle. However, Kameron recommended purchasing three new tires due to uneven tread wear, which he claimed could be contributing to the shaking. He suggested an alignment once the new tires were installed, but I hesitated to buy tires from the dealership given my concerns.When I picked up my vehicle around 2 PM on October 3, Kameron and I reviewed the work done, which included the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I paid the $134 fee, but a few hours later, I felt compelled to check the tire rotation, only to discover that it had not been completed. I have documentation for two recently replaced tires that confirmed their positions, contradicting the claim that a rotation was performed.On October 4, I reached out to Kevin to discuss this, and he mentioned he would check the service footage but has yet to follow up. I also recorded our conversation for reference.Given the lack of communication and discrepancies in the service performed, I am left feeling distrustful of the work done on my vehicle. I recommend potential customers document their vehicles thoroughly and communicate clearly with service personnel before proceeding with any service. More

It was supposed to be a great easy experience and ending up being the biggest waste of 3 hours and money for them to continue to try to lie to my face and give me excuse after excuse. Do not use them. My Kia dealership back home was a million times more professional than here. More
I went to World Kia Joliet on 07/08/24. My original intention during this visit was to get my 2018 Kia Soul in for service. Kia has an Engine settlement, and I brought my vehicle in because My original intention during this visit was to get my 2018 Kia Soul in for service. Kia has an Engine settlement, and I brought my vehicle in because I've been experiencing issues that were engine-related. I was told there was a waiting list to look at the vehicle and there were no loaner vehicles, so I decided to trade in my vehicle. I had checked off that the vehicle was salvaged because that's what I was told when I had previously tried refinancing the vehicle. Later on, I was told that I could not trade in the vehicle because it was a salvage vehicle and that it is worth nothing and could not be traded in. I desperately needed a car so I selected the best option at the time with "no money down." After purchasing this car, I tried to request the document stating that the Kia Soul was salvaged. I finally went up to the dealership on 08/13 and spoke to a salesman named Moe he was able to get the document for me in less than five minutes and he even pointed out that it said NOTHING about the vehicle being salvaged. My question is if the vehicle was not salvaged why was I told I could not trade in my vehicle AT ALL? Even if the dealership gave something for the vehicle that would have been better than leaving me with two car notes! I spoke with the manager Robert tonight and he seemed to have an attitude about the situation and could not even give a time range as to when I would receive a call back from the general manager Josh. All I'm asking is that the people who work here be honest and not make things up and make life difficult. Your customers are the reason you're in business. Somebody needs to reevaluate my Kia Soul and tell me why exactly this car was not taken in, and employees need to be talked to about giving the wrong information to customers regarding the car being "worth nothing." This dealership needs to be held accountable! More
