World Kia Joliet

Literally THE WORST!!! They have had my sons car in the service department for going on 3 MONTHS. Every time we call to speak to Camile the GM or any other manager for that matter, NO ONE WILL TAKE MY CALL service department for going on 3 MONTHS. Every time we call to speak to Camile the GM or any other manager for that matter, NO ONE WILL TAKE MY CALL. I am always asked to leave a message and someone will call me back. Guess what NO ONE WILL CALL BACK EITHER. Over 2 months of dealing with this while my son is without a vehicle and on the verge of losing his job due to not always having a way to get to work. His car is getting the engine replaced after having to bring it in multiple times for repair for the same reason. His vehicle is a 2020 kia soul, WHY would he need his engine replaced?? I am currently sitting on hold to speak to someone in charge and have been holding for almost 20 minutes now and I asked the girl who answered the phone for a cooperate number and was told "we don't have a cooperate number" SO who am I suppose to speak to??? We have purchased all of our vehicles from this place and I can promise NEVER again will I do business with them. If I could give ZERO Stars I would More
