Be careful with them and go over every last thing on the finances. They will add in extra services and warranties that you never asked for without your permission. Hello. My name is Dwayne Garrett. Currently live in Las Vegas. March 30th I came to your dealership to buy a car. I was told I was already approved, but I wasn't. Instead of a quick visit to buy a car Vegas. March 30th I came to your dealership to buy a car. I was told I was already approved, but I wasn't. Instead of a quick visit to buy a car, I spent 12 hours at the dealership. Daniel Smith was my sales person. During this 12 hour time frame, we were told to fill out reviews and surveys. To give 5 stars to him, the dealership and others. This was way before the deal was even complete. We told Dan that we were moving out the state. He told us not to tell anyone that. We get the car. It was dirty after the so called cleaning that took A hour. Around mid April, Dan calls and tell me my loan amount went down. Then tells me he will call me back with more information. He never called me back. April 30th I try to pay my bill with Pac Fin. They tell me they they don't have an account with me. I call Dan. He tells I need to come in and sign papers for my new loan. He knows we moved out of state. He said he'll get back with me. He never does . I call three days in a row to figure out what's going on. Finally the dealership calls me and tell they will send me the paperwork to sign and send it back. I did. New payment date, May 28th May 26th My neighbor is knocking on my door telling me my car is getting repossessed. Which is confusing. So I have to hurry and get the important things out my car. I call the dealership and speak to a manger. He tells me that he don't know what's going on. But my deposit will be delivered to me. My car is getting taken away and my wife is 9 months pregnant. I call Pac the following Monday to figure out where my car is so I can get everything out of it. Pac tells they never had an account with me and it was the dealership who took the car. I call the dealership for days asking to talk to a manager. Out of the ten plus times I called, I spoke to two different managers. Joe and the mangers of sales. Joe, tells me that the loan fell through because I went over the state line. Why does that matter if it's my car. Dan finally calls me and tells me the number to the yard that has my car. ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS DUE TO COME BACK TO JOLIET. So I call the yard and they tell me they cleaned out the car and it already left. They tell me I have to pay 59 dollars to get my things back. I still have paperwork in the car where the spare tire should be (was not given a spare tire during sale). The paperwork is very important. I just want my money back for the registration, my deposit. My experience with this dealer went well. Had a few bumps in cost versus advertised price, but we came to a fair deal in my opinion. Danielle Smith was very friendly and knowledgeable.
