Paul is the man! Great service and very professional. Joe in finance is great as well. This issue I have wasn't in the original purchase of the vehicle it was the Monday after that left a sour taste. So I pu in finance is great as well. This issue I have wasn't in the original purchase of the vehicle it was the Monday after that left a sour taste. So I put too much down on a vehicle and was told they would cut me a check for the overpayment the following Monday at 9am. 945am Monday morning no call, I call them and was told the manager would be in at noon to call then. So noon I call she will be in at 1pm, call back then please. 1pm I call and Diane says my check will be ready for pick up at the cashier. And my wife could pick it up. So my wife gets there at 345 pm and wasn't greeted friendly ot treated nicely by almost any staff member she spoke with. Was told the cashier didn't have a check for us to see the front desk. The front desk told her to see the cashier. The finally Diane days they didn't have vital paperwork and couldn't release the check. Paperwork that the loan couldn't even be processed without and that they did in fact have. I called in 4 times in that 1 hour long fiasco and was hung up on 3 of the 4 times. Then they called my salesman Paul on hi vacation to verify that I did indeed give all the needed info. Finally they released the check to my wife without a single apology for the mix up or a thanks for buying a new $30,000 car. Just a "here's your check" and they walked away. Was not in my opinion how you should treat any customer and I don't see how I could recommend buying a vehicle from any dealer if this is how the "service" is handled. More
