I would have given a positive rating to this transaction but the following experience made it sour. I sold my Acura RDX to the dealership (which had a $1,100 loan on it) and was told (after I signed the but the following experience made it sour. I sold my Acura RDX to the dealership (which had a $1,100 loan on it) and was told (after I signed the paperwork) that I'll receive my check within a week, even though this timeline was never specified when the used car manager - Brandon - initially came out to see the car. As of today, it has been two and a half weeks and even my loan with Acura wasn't paid off until today. I've been in touch with the used car manager - Brandon - for about a week now and he told me the last two times we talked that I should receive the check within 2-3 days. I tried contacting the dealership this morning and was involuntarily transferred to Brandon. When Brandon picked up the phone, he first yelled at me for "validating" his association with the dealership. When I politely contradicted his thought and clarified that I'm calling to inquired about my check, Brandon became furious and literally shouted on me. Though Brandon immediately followed-up afterwards and promised to overnight my check to me, being yelled at for no reason (apparently for asking for my own money) is extremely uncourteous and unprofessional. I would have either sold and/or bought a car from the dealership in the upcoming months (was already thinking about selling my second car and getting a Kia Stinger in a month;) never again from this dealership!!! More
