Customer service is terrible. 15 minutes on hold no one came back and said anything, then 7 minutes on hold after "john" answered the phone again no one helped me nor came back to the phone. Called 2 more came back and said anything, then 7 minutes on hold after "john" answered the phone again no one helped me nor came back to the phone.
