Customer service is terrible. 15 minutes on hold no one came back and said anything, then 7 minutes on hold after "john" answered the phone again no one helped me nor came back to the phone. Called 2 more came back and said anything, then 7 minutes on hold after "john" answered the phone again no one helped me nor came back to the phone. Called 2 more times and they pick up and put on hold as they must have caller ID. So hoping we didn't make the wrong decision by getting a car here December 11, 2021. Even Paul our sales person who was so great in selling us the car, can't get back to me. And all I needed was some help with Kia assist. More
