From the time we walked in the door (which was because of a blatantly false and misleading pre qualification letter), they showed us every car but the one that we wanted to see. It wasn't until I became upset that we finally got to test drive our car. Then, once the test drive was complete, and we negotiated a deal that we thought was for one price but ended up being 3500 more expensive (back to list price), they stand over you while you are strong armed into leaving positive reviews. They then expected us to wait around to almost midnight to get the paperwork done the same day. We were unable to at that time. The next day when we had brought back everything that they said we needed for the finance company, they had a new list of required items. But they had us sign the paperwork and leave with the car anyway. We were unable to get one of the documents until after my husband's work schedule slowed during the holidays. We made everyone aware of this. However, we were harassed by their finance staff. We literally received 8 consecutive calls on my husband's first day off. They threatened to report the car stolen even after he told them he was able to go and get the requested information the next morning. We called Sam the general manager to report the harrassment but it fell on deaf ears. At this point, we are considering legal action against them for harassment. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! More

Terrible customer service Visited a few times and drove a few Kia Souls. Had a definite price in mind as this would be a cash deal with a trade in. On final visit drove a Soul Visited a few times and drove a few Kia Souls. Had a definite price in mind as this would be a cash deal with a trade in. On final visit drove a Soul that had been listed on Website for $7800 and was ready to do business. This car is one I had been looking at for over six weeks online. Sales person asked what my offer was on car and I told her $7500 cash and my trade in. I was then told the lowest they would go was $10,500.!!!!! I was told the additional $3000 was for taxes and license transfer!!!!! I could not get out of there quickly enough. I would not recommed this dealer to my worst enemy!!!! More
