Awful Pushy and desperate sales tactics. While we were discussing numbers and not arriving at a number we agreed on, our salesman, Rudy, told us he'd give u Pushy and desperate sales tactics. While we were discussing numbers and not arriving at a number we agreed on, our salesman, Rudy, told us he'd give us $20 of his own money each month if we'd accept the higher payment. Since we were clearly not agreeing, we told him we'd like to leave and he brought over another salesman who gave us the same information. During all of this, he had my keys and lisence so we couldn't leave. At this point, both of the salesmen were ignoring me and talking only to my husband. Once my husband stood up and flat out refused anything they were saying, we were given the keys and my lisence 3 hours after we arrived. Very unprofessional and rude. We went over to a different, slightly farther, Kia dealership and got the vehicle we wanted for the payment we could afford, while working with several very nice people. Do not do business with this place More

Amazing experience this dealership gave me. Patrick Defrancesco and trainee Sean treated me like a princess. They rolled up with my 2018 Forte like I won the lottery. Do not believe these hucksters I have bought many cars in my life through many dealers. I have never experienced such a high pressure pitch that ended up in total lies on the part o I have bought many cars in my life through many dealers. I have never experienced such a high pressure pitch that ended up in total lies on the part of the sales manager. I would never go back to this dealership and regret having walked in to begin with. Went to buy a used car and was talked into looking at a new one but it was too high. They pulled every trick seen in the movies to talk me into going with the new one, but I told them clearly that it was not in the payment range I wanted. Finally they offered to pay the first year's car insurance and I asked for it in writing and asked what the limit was and was straight lied to. After six weeks they say they sent a check they promised after a week, only it is a third of what it should be. Do not be fooled by these crooks. More
