Place dont know what there doing This place is bad as it gets. They love wasting your time and lieing to your face. I rate this the worst car buying experience ever. More

2014 Lexus IS 250 RWD I recently came in to test drive a vechicle and from the very beginning it seemed shady. I initially spoke with Chad who immediately tried to process I recently came in to test drive a vechicle and from the very beginning it seemed shady. I initially spoke with Chad who immediately tried to process my information for a loan including social etc, as soon as I walked into World Kia. This is not an acceptable form of practice, secondly the vechicle was in a collision bought from an auction and then sold in this facury. Chad failed to mention this. I had to demand to be shown the carfax. More

Very unsatisfied The customer care isn't really there, I was unsatisfied with their sense of urgency towards customers.... the are horrible at returning calls and I wa The customer care isn't really there, I was unsatisfied with their sense of urgency towards customers.... the are horrible at returning calls and I watched there service department stand around for about 15 to 20 minutes just conversing while there were vehicles that needed tending to. The service rep Mike is awesome and should feel a little embarrassed about his crew of employees. As a customer I would have liked the " we are here for you" feel especially if others and myself are giving you business.... if there was a way to reverse my purchase I would and take my money and time elsewhere. Regardless of whose products your selling stand behind your customers and make them feel like they should spend money with your organization.. More

So he put us with this other individual that basically was rude then after sitting there waiting for and hour plus he gets a attitude with me because im like ready to go so he brings my keys back and slams them on table and walks away so then i tell a so called manager he blows the situation totally off so again poor service wont recommend a dog to go here More

Service is poor Took my can in for covered repairs picked it up with a new problem.
