I would like to thank you all for such a wonderful car buying experience. This is my very first Toyota ever, and I am already hooked. I have been telling all my friends and family about the experience. The professionalism, the courtesy and knowledgeable team left me with no worries. I could not have asked for a better sales/customer service team. Buying a car is a difficult thing for me to do. Always has been. These 3 individuals were the ultimate deal makers. I am still speechless when I think of how nice these folks were to me and how I will be sending everyone I know to World Toyota because the wonderful service I received. “NOW THAT IS HOW YOU SELL AT CAR” is the first thing I said to myself on the way home. Not only did we get both cars serviced from her but we came back the next day and she worked with us to fix a auto emergency a few days before Christmas. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, HONEST, and accommodating. Feels so good not to have to constantly watch your back and expect to be lied to. I called a few hours before coming to make an apt and it was available and as soon as I pulled up, the person I talked to on the phone greeted me and I felt could be trusted. I had an alignment problem that I knew about- and after it was done a report was handed to me- that was great. The service was courteous, the waiting room was pleasant- (except the wifi wasn't working that day), and I wasn't at all pushed to do more than I thought was needed. Excellent service and courtesy. I recently dropped my car off at World Toyata for both routine service and because of an intermittent problem I was experiencing. Jerry Bearden was my Sevice Manager. I have dealt with Jerry for several routine service and because of an intermittent problem I was experiencing. Jerry Bearden was my Sevice Manager. I have dealt with Jerry for several years because of the quality of his interactions with customers; this time was no exception. In addition to the routine service, Jerry coordinated multiple efforts to track down my intermittent issue. He proactively called me with status, and made special arrangements for me to pick up my car outside normal working hours due to my schedule. The car has run exceptionally well since I picked it up, and I have not experienced the intermittent problem that had been there. I will continue to take my car to Jerry Bearden at World Toyota for all my future service needs. More
I left another dealership that was closer to my job, because of their service. I have had routine service done at this dealership 3 times this year. They have consistently been above average in customer because of their service. I have had routine service done at this dealership 3 times this year. They have consistently been above average in customer service,quality of work,friendliness,overall experience and price. These guys really try to make the customer happy. They even drop you off at work. And, when your car is ready, they'll pick you up! On my last visit, I recieved a follow-up email about a survey I completed regarding my visit. I rated the visit above average, but not excellent. Later, I recieved an email, from Brian, as to why not an excellent rating. I explained to him that I noticed a scratch on car,a couple of days later, that wasn't there before. I insisted that I didn't know when it happened, but it is possible, it could have happened during my visit. He arranged for me to come by. He looked at it and had the scratch buffed out. Wow! Brian was under no obligation to do this, as I insisted to him that it could have happened elswhere. However, he took care of it, with no problem. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! THESE GUYS ARE EXCELLENT! More

Toyota service employee Marsha happily accepted my "time change without prior notice", although it was a busy morning. She had lot of patience in asking me the services required, type of oil etc. and asked me to wait in a comfortable waiting hall. I was spending my time in watching TV News. For my surprise the work was completed with less waiting time. She was there and explained to me the services performed and the charges to be paid. That was great, I am quite happy with the excellent service and very thankful to World Toyota. More
I had a great visit. They took my car right at the scheduled time and worked it through in a very timely matter. I had some service done to my car a week ago at World Toyota and I could not have gotten a better person to help me than Mr. Bearden. My wife has been a HUGE fan of this dealership for years. I drive a Ford F150 and have always let Ford work on my trucks. Recently she talked me into using world Toyota for an oil change. I was in and out within 15 to 20 minutes and that included me taking time to chat with some of the friendly technicians about the football game from the previous weekend. Ford will not be getting my business in the future. I am 31 years old and have driven fords since I was 16, but now honestly I am really considering my next truck to be the Tundra simply due to the extreme differece between the service I receive when I go to the World Toyota service department. I want to say GOOD JOB to Chris Brown and his team and keep up the good work! More
