Ripoffs Every time I go into this dealer for any type of problem or an oil change they always want to sell me more stuff that my car does not need. Charging Every time I go into this dealer for any type of problem or an oil change they always want to sell me more stuff that my car does not need. Charging for you for things that you do not need is like a doctor removing your arm when all you needed was a broken finger to be set is unethical and downright robbery in my book. The latch on the hatch on my Toyota sienna had melted off literally. When I called the dealer and told him it was a defect they wanted over $300 to replace it. I bought the part for $65 and my nephew installed it in less than 30 minutes. I lost the key in the Fob to my car & went to the dealer to make a new key & a new fob for me. After 45 minutes they come out & tell me that there's an electrical problem & that it would cost $150 to put it on the diagnostic machine, then they would have to fix the problem & then program the key in the fob which all of this would've cost me well over $500. I went to a lock & key business & they programmed my fob & my key without any problem. That's how big a rip off this dealer is. From what I have learned most dealers are like this. Never take your car to the dealer. Find a good mechanic. There are good mechanics out there. But don't take your car to a tire store like Goodyear, Firestone, etc. to have your work done because they are just as bad as the dealers. If there is a recall on your car and you have to take it to the dealer just don't agree to any extra work no matter what they say because they are 99% of the time lying to you because the sales rep gets a commission on the parts that are marked up 100% so the more work the dealer does the more money the rep makes. I definitely would not recommend this dealer for any dealer whatsoever. There are good mechanics out there. But don't take your car to a tire store like Goodyear or Firestone to have your work done because they are just as bad as the dealers. More

preowned vehicle purchae Daniel Diaz called to alert me that there was a vehicle that had just arrived as a trade-in at World Toyota. It was a low mileage Mercedes Benz simila Daniel Diaz called to alert me that there was a vehicle that had just arrived as a trade-in at World Toyota. It was a low mileage Mercedes Benz similar to one I had wanted more than 2 years before! It didn't seem like a good time for me financially, but the car was immaculate and Diaz got me an exceptional deal. He is what every salesperson should be- knowledgeable, helpful, honest and professional! He should be teaching the art of automobile sales. Recently I had another very positive experience with the World Toyota Service Dept. I wanted to have a thorough inspection on the Benz before traveling for the holiday. Apparently many other customers had the same idea- place was very busy. Nevertheless, Diaz linked me up with Tania, one of the service writers, and I was pleasantly surprised when she called just over an hour later to say the car was ready! A thorough inspection had been performed and they even washed the car! Tania was great! Will never buy another vehicle without first speaking with Daniel Diaz! More

They Took Care of Me I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla at this dealership in September. The sales and finance team were awesome, especially Kevin my sales guy, Kenny the m I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla at this dealership in September. The sales and finance team were awesome, especially Kevin my sales guy, Kenny the manager, and George Ofori my finance guy. Then in late November I had to go back to the dealership because I had just lost my job and couldn't make my car payments anymore. The guys really took care of me, they let me trade in my 2014 and a 1998 Mazda for a brand-new Toyota at the same price, AND they made it so that I won't have to pay anything for three months until I get on my feet again. George even helped me to find a better insurance rate, saving me a ton of money. I am so thankful to the team there and I would 100% recommend this dealership. More
