If you are told by the salesman that the bank will not finance you unless you purchase an additional $1800 warranty, beware! This is a really dirty trick and a bald-faced lie.
I didn't appreciate being told by 3 different salesmen that the car I was interested in had just been looked at by another customer; typical sales gimmick.
Also, if your credit is not that great or you don't have much credit history, they will really take advantage of you to the point of an almost illegal interest percentage -- but then again, this could be the case at most dealers in today's credit climate.
The only positive from the whole experience was the actual car itself, which is a real sweet gem for a reasonable price -- and in the end, that's what really counts. Truthfully, the customer service was friendly and responsive. If they could have just left off the insulting lies, audacious hoodwinkery and shifty price game/gouge attempts, I would have recommended this dealership.
