The service department took excellent care of my 86 Golf (purchased elsewhere), and when the time c I've been a World VW customer for about 20 years. The service department took excellent care of my 86 Golf (purchased elsewhere), and when the time came to replace it, I naturally bought a 99 Golf from World. It was serviced efficiently and carefully, and I'm confidently passing it on to my grandson. I started to look for a replacement somewhat halfheartedly about three months ago; at that time, Earl King patiently showed me every VW on the lot and didn't crowd me when he didn't hear from me. Last Saturday, I bought a pre-owned 2014 Golf. Again, everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly continue to have my car serviced at World VW. More

POOR MANAGEMENT Mngr would not move on price of car after sending salesperson back and forth for two hours. Great experience traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I n traveled 60 miles to find a car a saw online. Both the salesman and the sales manager made the purchase painless and pleasant. On the way home, I noticed a noise coming form the panoramic sunroof. I returned to the dealer. They found the noise. Unfortunately, it was a Saturday and they could not fix it that day. I drove the car home and on Monday they sent a driver with a loaner to my house. 3 days later the driver returned with my car, problem fixed. I found their commitment exceptional, never avoiding my calls or not taking responsibility. I highly recommend this dealership. More
