Purchased a car for my son in mid-May 2025. Was provided with a temporary tag and told my plates/registration/title would be a couple of weeks. First set of temp tags expired 6/15/2025. I c Was provided with a temporary tag and told my plates/registration/title would be a couple of weeks. First set of temp tags expired 6/15/2025. I called to inquire on what to do… was told to stop by for new temporary tags. Received them on 6/16/2025 and was told we’d have our plates/registration/title in a week. Second set of temp tags expired on 7/18/2025. I called and spoke to Aiden and Ryan who both said they’d overnight our third set of temp tags. Didn’t hear anything until the following day when I was texted telling me the temporary tag machine was down… and they couldn’t print one.. I was advised that if my 18yr old son got a ticket “bring it in and we’ll pay it” It’s now 7/31/2025. I’ve called, emailed, texted multiple times a day for the past week and have not received a response. I tried the general manager and no response. I paid cash for the car.. but have no title and they will not give me my documents so I can register it myself. My next call is Department of Consumer Affairs and BBB. Look at my other reviews, I don’t write bade reviews… but this is just a really poorly run business, that once they have your money, they could care less how the rest of the transaction goes. You guys lost a future customer for sure. More
