He immediately greeted me when I stepped into the dealership; and from the time of his warm welcome, throughout the entire buying process, and even afterward he has gone the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Dylan patiently answered all my questions about my new vehicle (which I love) and the buying process. When Dylan had to step away, his co-worker, Will made sure that I received assistance. Greg Scarpino in Service, as well as Hailey, and Rich (who gave me a ride in a loaner car to return my rental) have also been phenomenal. Worst car buying experience ever. I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy. Charging fees for things I did not want. Getting title paperwork wrong.
