I have been to this dealership multiple times over the past few years. EVERY time, the experience seems to be much more frustrating than it should ever have to be. My last experience was the worst!
Since May 6th, 2021, I drove my vehicle twice to the Wyatt Johnson Ford location attempting to replace a dangerous driver's side airbag described in the recall as, "In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the frontal airbag, an inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death." I called dozens of times and transferred dozens of times from the service department to the parts department. During this time, I left word three individual times for the service manager, John Law, to contact me to help me resolve this dangerous situation. On June 14th, 2021 the Wyatt Johnson parts department told me that the part had arrived and stated that the packing slip proved that this part arrived. That week, I set up an appointment on June 22nd, 2021. I asked for them to verify that the part was there and let me know otherwise. I dropped my truck off the night before. Zero contact occurred since. I had to keep calling to get this done. Crazy stuff--I certainly cannot recommend this level of customer service.
