Blake was great at everything he did to get us into our - Oneal1420

Blake was great at everything he did to get us into our vehicle. He was not your typical push into something that fits the dealership’s agenda for sales, he showed us the one we wanted and made it work. He will be our salesman from now on when we need new vehicles.

Anthony in the service dept was excellent. - dease.ryan

Anthony in the service dept was excellent. Friendly, helpful and responsive. My Bronco had an issue that it should not have had so early in the mileage, and he helped get it squared away quickly. I’ve had 2 cars serviced here and bought a used car from this dealership too. All around, good team.

Our salesman Jeff was great. - Oldcoach

Our salesman Jeff was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. It was a good experience.

Mid-Tenn Ford is by far the best dealership in Tennesee.... - greg lenox

Mid-Tenn Ford is by far the best dealership in Tennesee. They always go above and beyond what is required to be 5 stars in service, the body shop and when you buy a vehicle! Do yourself a favour and go see Mid-Tenn Ford for all your vehicle needs!

I took my 2016 GT350 to get A/C repair. - Brad

I took my 2016 GT350 to get A/C repair. I was able to get an appointment the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and a video report by text. I approved the repair, they ordered parts. They car was fixed the day after the parts arrived. Total time from drop off to pick up was 5 business days. I was quite satisfied with the entire process. The best service experience I have had in very long time.

Very clean, great selection. - ivangullett

Very clean, great selection. Saleman very great but, did not know everything about the vehicle. Yes it is a used vehicle but should have more knowledge about what your selling, loved the part that he was not pushy, gave us plenty of time to look over the vehicle and decide. Would give him a 4 out of 5, again just because of his knowledge of the vehicle. Every one we meet was very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. - Michael D Hannah

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Communication and services provided. From offering mobile services like oil changes / recall updates, to shuttle drop off and pick up. Best dealership.

My experience with Wyatt Ford of Nashville's Service - Mr. Thomas

My experience with Wyatt Ford of Nashville's Service Department has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Initially, I was told that certain service fees would be applied toward the cost of repairs. I have text message documentation confirming this agreement; however, when it came time to honor that commitment, the dealership denied it. This lack of transparency immediately raised concerns about the integrity of the service process. Communication throughout the repair process was also unacceptable. I received no proactive updates regarding the status of my vehicle and was forced to repeatedly contact the service department myself to obtain information. Additionally, the dealership's service app proved to be unreliable, as it never reflected that my vehicle was ready for pickup—even after I had already retrieved it. To make matters worse, after the initial service was completed, my vehicle developed additional issues that were not present beforehand. My sunroof no longer operated properly, and water began collecting on the front passenger side. When I reported these concerns, I was asked to bring the vehicle back and was assured that I would not be charged. However, after dropping off the vehicle, I was informed the following day that I would be charged two separate diagnostic fees of $250 each. This directly contradicted what I had been told. When I called to discuss the matter and requested to speak with the Service Manager, Sidney never came to the phone. Instead, I was told that she would return my call, which further added to my frustration and reinforced the ongoing communication issues. At no point during this experience did I feel valued as a customer. Instead, I felt misled, overcharged, and ignored. The combination of broken promises, poor communication, lack of accountability, and the emergence of additional vehicle issues has left me with little confidence in the service department's competence and customer care. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. As a result, I have decided to retrieve my vehicle and take my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend Wyatt Ford of Nashville's service department to others based on my experience.

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing - dmcd3055

I hd my car in roughly 4 months ago for losing acceleration. I was promised it would never happen again and if it did it was covered under warrantee. I lost excleration and the wrench came on and then the engine warning light. I immediately contacted the service team and was assured it would be handled. A week went by t=with no effort to contact me or give any sort of update. I finally called and to say the least I raised my voice over the lack of service. Promised it back COM monday. They delivered as promised but charged me 2k saying that a radiator hose had leaked on a sensor and once the fluid evaperated off the system reset. The games that are played to avoid keeping the promise I was given by Jason. Mike was absent in the responsibility to keep the customer informed. So here I am on the road and its happening again in less than a week. Not sure that I would trust them to boil a pot of water!! Adding insult to injury they charge you 3% if you use your credit card.

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady... - David&Maria

We went in to buy a new 2013 Ford Fusion. The sales lady would not answer our questions regarding trade in value but keep trying to run our credit. When I told her I wanted to know what our trade was worth before we were doing anything else she brought another guy out. I assume he was the sales manager. He would not give us any straight answers either. They wanted to run our credit in order to finish the deal. Eventually they did say we were upside down in our trade which we already knew. I responded with we do not have a deal until you tell me how much negative equity we have. He said we did not sell you that car. You were the ones stupid enough to buy it. They were both rude and arrogant to us. We ended up going to another dealer who gave us a very fair trade in value and helped us buy our new 2013 Ford Fusion.

I have never written a review before but my experience at... - DC

I have never written a review before but my experience at Hunt Ford has changed that. If a ZERO rating were possible that would be how I would have rated my experience of trying to buy a car from this dealership today. After making an appointment and driving almost an hour to the dealership to test drive a 2021 Ford Explorer ST and telling the sales person and his sales manager that my intent was to finance the vehicle through my bank with a $25,000 downpayment there was no problem at that time. I inquired about the $1000 discount Ford was offering but was told it only applies if financed through Ford. I still decided to pay full sticker price for the vehicle. There was a problem with a small scratch on the rear bumper and was told that it would be fixed or replaced. So no problem so far. There was also a problem with my new iPhone 12 not working with the vehicles wireless charger but still not a deal breaker. I told the sales person and sales manager I would like to check out one other dealership and hopefully I would return to purchase the Explorer ST. After I left the dealership I decided to look no further and called to let them no my intention to buy from them. I asked for a purchase offer for my bank and was willing to give them a credit card payment as a good faith deposit and return in the morning to pick up the vehicle. So far so good. Then I got a call back from the sales person and he told me the dealerships owner said they would only sell me the vehicle if I financed through them. Bottom line they were very unprofessional. DO NOT waist your time with this dealership if you expect to be valued as a customer, treated with respect and honesty and you intend to finance through your bank.
