This is going to be a lengthy review! But I feel it needs to be heard! And keep in mind this was my last resort because I called this dealership three times left three messages with the secretary! I also left three text voicemails to the General Manager Jeff Browder. And not one call was returned. So my son and I were looking for him a vehicle. We Live over an hour away from this dealership so I made a call before hand to check on a vehicle we were interested in and I asked them if it was available and I also ask them if they sold the vehicle at retail or Internet price? They explained to me that they will sell us the vehicle at internet price. When we arrived to the dealership the vehicle we were interested in was now a pending sale with another customer so my son fell in love with the Malibu that was shown to us! So we went inside and started talking numbers and more about the vehicle. This car only had one key fob so I requested that they order another one for us if we purchased the car and Jorge one of the managers agreed to order one for us. It was getting late and all of the banks were closed so we said we would come back the next day. So when I returned home I was looking at the vehicle online and realized that they were quoting us the retail price not the Internet price on the Malibu? I didn’t bother looking at the difference in price or retail or internet at the dealership because they told us over the phone they would quote us the Internet price so I assumed that was for all vehicles not just one vehicle so I contacted Kayla the lady that was handling the sale with us and told her I wasn’t comfortable with the price because they started out at the highest price instead of the Internet price like they had told us they would in the first place. So she came down to the Internet price which should have been started from the beginning of transaction. So we headed back to the dealership to talk more about the car and purchase it. So when we arrived we knew beforehand that they were two interest rates we were looking at. We had to go with the higher interest-rate because of proof of income. So Kayla handling the sale tells me and my son that her manager Mike is going to work with the numbers and get the price lower since we’re having to take the higher interest-rate! I said that’s great! She comes back with a quote on his monthly payments and we agreed upon them. But also keep in mind I told her the day before I do not want a loan for six years I want it for five years max. So when we go back to sign the papers, the paperwork shows a six year loan?! So in my mind I’m realizing that I was basically lied to and told that they drop the price for me when all they did was extend the loan! So I refused to sign the paperwork because I was told one thing and they did another and I was just not comfortable at all because I felt like I was lied to or played like I was stupid. When they told me that they would work on the price of the car and lower it to make our payments comfortable for us.. they did not do that! they just extended the loan! So now we have another manager Travis, Kayla and the lady handling the paperwork all in this office. Kayla and Travis realize and even admit that it was bad communication between Kayla and the manager Mike. So this other manager Travis asks me what can he do for us to sign these papers and walk out of here with this car and I simply told him I just want what was told to me! When someone tells me that they’re going to lower the price, that’s what I expected not to extend my loan so Travis says he can drop the price on the car $500. So to me just standing by your word and doing what you say you’re going to do is all I was asking for so we agreed on the loan to purchase the car. So the next day when I speak with Kayla she tells me that they can’t order my son his key fob because basically they made no money on the car because they dropped it the extra $500! So we once again were lied to! After signing the contract they go back on their word! Bad business! I hate that my son‘s first experience on buying a vehicle was so dishonest and non-professional! This was by far the easiest car buying experience. Manuela went above and beyond to get me in my new Jeep. We came to the dealership to look at options and compare with other vehicles. We had no intention of purchasing at this time. Tim and Juan were so helpful, nice and knowledgeable, we ended up purchasing a 2 with other vehicles. We had no intention of purchasing at this time. Came to the dealership just to sit in the Kia Stinger GT just to see how I felt in it and as I was leaving I was met by a salesman who kindly asked me what they could do to earn my business..
