"Zero" Stars should be a rating. Worst customer service experience you can imagine. After placing a $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle, and over six weeks of time, I was told the vehicle magically "disappear experience you can imagine. After placing a $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle, and over six weeks of time, I was told the vehicle magically "disappeared" from the database and was no longer available for sale. I feel completely mislead after this experience. Additionally, the salesman proved unresponsive to numerous inquiries about the arrival date of the vehicle. When the salesman did respond I was told a manager would need to speak with the Kia Manufacturer....though managers were always out of the office and unable to get updates on the vehicle. I cannot overemphasize my disappointment in Wyatt Johnson and the customer service I didn't receive. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Today I had an oil change scheduled at 2pm and the man In service that helped me out was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. There was also a younger lady who was v service that helped me out was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. There was also a younger lady who was very nice and made my experience more enjoyable. My service was so quick, less than an hour. I also love my Kia Optima, this dealership is always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful, quick, and friendly visit. The man even walked me out to my car and opened my door for me. He did tell me his name but I cannot remember. Have a Merry Christmas!! More
