Came to the dealership just to sit in the Kia Stinger GT just to see how I felt in it and as I was leaving I was met by a salesman who kindly asked me what they could do to earn my business.. "Zero" Stars should be a rating. Worst customer service experience you can imagine. After placing a $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle, and over six weeks of time, I was told the vehicle magically "disappear experience you can imagine. After placing a $1,000 deposit down on a vehicle, and over six weeks of time, I was told the vehicle magically "disappeared" from the database and was no longer available for sale. I feel completely mislead after this experience. Additionally, the salesman proved unresponsive to numerous inquiries about the arrival date of the vehicle. When the salesman did respond I was told a manager would need to speak with the Kia Manufacturer....though managers were always out of the office and unable to get updates on the vehicle. I cannot overemphasize my disappointment in Wyatt Johnson and the customer service I didn't receive. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Today I had an oil change scheduled at 2pm and the man In service that helped me out was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
