I had a good experience dealing with George. He has a pleasant, no pressure manner and answered all of my questions. This is my second S60 and I like all the features with the exception of Volvo el pleasant, no pressure manner and answered all of my questions. This is my second S60 and I like all the features with the exception of Volvo eliminating the spare tire and the jack in favor of SSTs (self supporting tires). The prep person did not do a good job on cleaning the inside of the windows. A minor issue but still an annoyance. More

I walked into Jim Wynn Volvo intended to become familiar with the Volvo product. I never thought of actually purchasing a Volvo. Within a few moments of walkin in, Susan promptly and and prefessionally intr with the Volvo product. I never thought of actually purchasing a Volvo. Within a few moments of walkin in, Susan promptly and and prefessionally introduced herself. I told her my intentions. I informed her of the options that interested me. She found a vehicle and we went on a test drive. She was exquisitely familar with the vehicle and its plethora of safety features. I was impressed, and as an attorney I am not easily impressed. I returned later that day with my wife to get her opinion. Susan was very friendly again and indulged me with a second test drive and another fulll explanation for my wife. Susan was able to explain the advanced safety features to my non-tech wife in a language understandable to her. Susan gave us a price before we left as well as a price for my trade in. I went home checked the price Susan gave me against truecar.com and bluebook. I learned tha they were a 1,000.00 short on the value ofmy vehicle. I faxed my information to Susan and shortly thereafter she informed me that they would take another 1000.00 off. We had a deal. When picking up the vehicle, she once agani explained all the systems to me in a friendly and curteous manner. Excelent employee. Wish she worked for me. I had routine service on my XC90. Beyond the scheduled service, I had forgotten about my state inspection. The servive goup went out of their way to include the inspection and emission testing at that visit. This was not planned for but much appreciated as it made things so much more convenient for me. The Wynn dealership has always provided great sales & service. On this occasion, Service Advisor Pat McLaughlin went above and beyond her duties and provided outstanding customer service under very & service. My 2009 Volvo was disabled with an ignition problem in the midst of a very bad snow & ice storm. Although Volvo's on call services were overwhelmed with customer volume due to weather. Pat was able to personally intervene on my behalf. She did this on her own time, after hours and enabled my vehicle to be towed, provided a loaner, and expedited the vehicle's service.
