The man I spoke to said it would be done on Friday but nobody answered the Phone On Friday so I had to wait until Saturday to get my car. I went to get my car and they released it to me but they weren’t sure if it was “done” being worked on so they released it anyway. I just feel that communication could have been better. More

Came in to test drive a couple cars. The vehicles were ready when we got there which was nice. After that when the negotiating started is when it all went down hill. It felt like we were inconveniencing t ready when we got there which was nice. After that when the negotiating started is when it all went down hill. It felt like we were inconveniencing the sales person by trying to negotiate. The manager was pleasant. The finance guy was good until he tried selling us all the extras and would not take no for an answer until I finally told him that I was half tempted to walk! The day after my wife went back cause she was having problems connecting her phone to the vehicle and again, it was like we were inconveniencing them by asking for help. I already had a bad feeling from previous experiences with yark but this will be the last purchase that they ever get from me. More
