Friday August 11, 2023 the service dept. changed oil and rotated tires. Everything seemed fine until two days later I found a lug nut laying in my driveway. Obviously, they did not tighten all the lug nuts properly, fairly dangerous. I took it back the following Monday and they secured the lug nut and checked the rest as well. I sent a review previously through google, they took it down. Left message for Mike Parks, service mgr, never heard back, however, Chrissy took care of the situation. More

Very Poor experience trying to get a scheduled oil change. My daughter was told that the facility power was out, yet garage doors going up and down, television on. No call beforehand to let us know.
