Serviced on 11-18-23 for brakes, tried to sell me transmission flush which was done in previous visit, failed to put accurate tire PSI. Damage to front passenger plastic bumper observed after servic transmission flush which was done in previous visit, failed to put accurate tire PSI. Damage to front passenger plastic bumper observed after service, not sure if damage caused by dealership but service takes video around the car and noticed nail in tire but did not notice this damage. GM never returned my text. More

Our granddaughter’s 2017 Malibu broke down yesterday and we needed to help her. We live in South Carolina. Chris worked with us and treated us like family. He is caring, professional, efficient and friendly we needed to help her. We live in South Carolina. Chris worked with us and treated us like family. He is caring, professional, efficient and friendly. He single handedly restored our faith in business customer service. 48 hours later the car is repaired and suggested maintenance finished. Grandma and Grandpa are satisfied and Granddaughter is very happy! More
