I had to go back and go through hoops to have them mention that they would make me one. I tried to use the complementary car wash at 4:30 on a 55* day and the young man had already closed the wash; unacceptable. Overall, I think this was an OK car buying experience. Came in a week after purchasing and had a question for another salesmen , Rob Rohrs. He had his head in his phone and showed no interest in engaging with me , as the customer. More
