Very unhappy with the way this went. Sticker stated their was dvr's in vehicle. No dvr's? When doing loan Chris told me it was cover for 7 yrs or 100,000 miles didn't tell me there was added cost. No sticker was dvr's in vehicle. No dvr's? When doing loan Chris told me it was cover for 7 yrs or 100,000 miles didn't tell me there was added cost. No sticker in glove box. I have never purchased a vehicle that the sticker wasn't put in the glove box. Talked to Tim Sherman Sales Mgr. Unwilling to do anything! After he said if on sticker it should absolutely be in vehicle. Told him what happened with Cris. He said well you don't want to cancel the coverage now, you did by a used vehicle. He did say I hope when you ready to buy another vehicle you will come back and give us another try. I laughed told him No!! Nor will I refer anyone there. More
