The fact that they stay open late on Thursday was definitely a plus as that was the only time I could make it. Steven was our salesperson and he was very attentive to our needs. He had both vehicles pulled up and ready when we arrived. We test-drove both and made our decision. It is unfortunate that once you make your decision, it still takes upwards of two hours to complete a vehicle purchase from that point onward, but that is par for the course. We did use the Costco auto program and the transaction went smoothly. We are very happy with our purchase and would return to this dealership again. One note: Kistler does run a dealer-sponsored lifetime powertrain warranty program, but it requires that you have ALL maintenance done at their dealership. I do my own maintenance (and live too far away for dealer maintenance to be practical), so unfortunately this program will be out of reach for me. Nick Meyers did our financials and was also very pleasant and up front. At no time did we feel pressured or bamboozled with Nick or Steven. Our transaction was made smoother by arriving with a cashier's check in hand for the down-payment, knowing the exact dealer stock numbers of the vehicles we were interested in, having the license plate that we wanted to transfer in hand, and the ability to call our insurance company and get a proof of insurance by email in about 5 minutes. More

She told me that her salesman Deon Valentine helped her pick out a car that was right for her. Jeff helped me test drive a few vehicles since Deon was on vacation and helped me with credit application as well. I was looking for a vehicle that could handle winter conditions and at 1st I was looking at Ford Escapes, but when I test drove one it seemed to small and compact, so Lema said Deon suggested I drive a Ford Edge so Lema convinced me to test drive one and I loved how much space I have and how smooth the ride was when I was going 30 and even 60 mph. I found an Edge that has all the things I was looking for in the Escape as well. Deon gave me a base price and we eventually worked on an agreement and got it Financed. Deon showed me how to use all the different options that it comes with and even connected my phone to the Edge! It’s been a long time since I went car shopping because I have had the same car for 18 years! Deon and Kistler Ford made this an enjoyable experience when I was at 1st nervous at going car shopping because everyone knows how nerve racking trying to pick out a vehicle can be. Accommodating I went to Kistler Ford with my son to look at and drive a Ford Ecosport. Steven greeted us over by the vehicles. My son explained to him why we were here and that I was interested in a platinum white SES Sport Model which they did not have. He said he would get a model that was closest to it and let me drive it, which he did. I then asked him if I could come back tomorrow after work and drive the vehicle home and back so I could really get a better feel of the vehicle, which I did. After returning the car and discussing priceing and rebates he said he could get me the SES Sport Model that I was wanting, which he did. Everyone that I spoke with at Kistler Ford was very friendly and accommodating to me. I had purchased my 2008 Ford Focus from Kistler Ford and I have been very happy with it for the past 10 years.
