Fantastic experience! I had been looking for a used car since January. I had an idea of what I wanted was checking out the lot. I saw this salesman coming my way and thoug I had been looking for a used car since January. I had an idea of what I wanted was checking out the lot. I saw this salesman coming my way and thought 'Great. I really just want to look'. He introduced himself as Deon and my wariness slowly began to dissolve. He showed me 4 or 5 cars. When we got to the last one, I knew I had found the car I had been waiting for. I traded in my car and left with a fantastic Escape. I absolutely love this vehicle -each and every time I get in it. I have already recommended Deon and Kistler Ford to friends and tell them how wonderful my experience was - from Deon to the lady who did financing and paperwork (I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was just as great). Excellent Service I just want to comment on the "Fantastic" service that I received by Jennifer Pierce in theServiceDept. I purchased my 2004 F150 about 7 years ago fr I just want to comment on the "Fantastic" service that I received by Jennifer Pierce in theServiceDept. I purchased my 2004 F150 about 7 years ago from Kistler. I have almost always had my service done at the dealership, and had in the past worked with Bill Noe in Service. Bill took good care of my repair needs. After Bill left, I did not visit the Service Dept. for a while. I had an issue with my truck about a week ago, came in without an appointment, the dept was very busy that day. Jennifer went the extra mile to get me in and back on the road the next morning. She is "wonderful", even let me use the phone to call work as I currently do not have a cell phone. I will be back for service on my truck as well as my 2012 Fusion. Thanks Jennifer!!! More
New truck and New truck We have bought 5 cars/trucks at Kistler. We have always used Ed Wilcox. We bought our 6th vehicle this week a 2015 F150. We looked at 2 trucks and decided on the silver one. We bought it on Thursday After 2 days (Sat) we decided we didn't like the truck and came back to see if we could switch to the other truck we looked at. Bob Rogers and Ed helped us achieve that and we now got the truck we want and love it. Ed Wilcox and Bob Rogers were awsome and went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We aslo, have a 2014 F 150 that we purchased from Kistler. Service is grest too. We will definitely keep coming back to Kistler where there are great people and great service!!!!!!!!!!! More

Super service After having my Escape go into idle on the expressway two days running, I pulled into Kistler Ford service area out of fear of being stranded. Jennifer immediately sensed my concern and brought out Frank and Brian. They were able to promptly remedy the situation and have me on my way.
