No pressure sales Deon Valentine met me in the lot as i was looking at a Ford flex (used) and i told him im just getting info, and he answered all of my questions about Deon Valentine met me in the lot as i was looking at a Ford flex (used) and i told him im just getting info, and he answered all of my questions about the vehicle and more. Never did he push me to drive or move further into the process of purchase. After his detailed relay of knowledge of the vehicle i needed to take his for a ride. After a test ride i tole Deon i would confer with my wife and get back with him as i was sure at this point this vehicle was what we were looking for. Deon thanked me for my time. Later that day i called Deon and let him know we had decided to purchase this vehicle but could not get back to the dealer that night. Deon did not have any issue with meeting the next day and began prepping the vehicle for my arrival. I called Deon the next morning and let him know i was not able to get in until the afternoon, again, no problem. When i arrived , i explained to Deon that i don't care to do the " negotiating thing" , i just want a solid deal and no hassle. That is what i got. We agreed on the price and never did i have to do battle with any person to close any part of the deal. This company knows to teach the employees to listen to the customer. Best car purchase experience i have ever had. Thank you Kistler crew ! More

This was our first time buying a car and we had been very excited. My dad had actually stopped at Kistler Ford and seen a few cars we might be interested in. He spoke to the sales man and explained our situation. Then the next day my husband and I went and not only did the sales man remember speaking with my dad he had some cars already picked out to show us. He never once pressured us into a car we knew we couldn't afford. He was very patient and understanding. I will most definitely buy my next car at Kistler. More

My recent experience is a prime example of how they go above and beyond. I pulled in for an oil change on a Friday morning. Todd Larson greeted me with a smile despite being obviously busy and when I asked him the length of my wait he told me how many cars were waiting and said that if I was in a hurry I could return Saturday morning, adding that if there happened to be a wait he would come out from behind the desk and change my oil himself to get me out of there quickly. The next day I returned to find a long line in the morning. Todd immediately recognized me from behind his desk and happily called out to me and told me he'd be changing my oil. Jennifer Pierce took care of my paperwork for me. Jennifer and Todd alike, although slammed on a Saturday morning, appeared to love their jobs and were nothing but gracious and enthusiastic talking with me and all of the other customers. Regardless of the type of business, these people set the benchmark for customer service in fostering a positive experience and feeling genuinely valued as a client. More
Great first time experience at Kistler Ford Just bought a 2012 Ford Mustang V6 from Kistler Ford and my salesman was Jeff Mathes. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its pros and cons. He didnt pressure me at all during the sales process and also informed me of the benefits of certain warranties Kistler offered. Best Experience I have ever had at a Service Dept. I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issu I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issues with the vehicle about 300 miles into owning the car and the other Dealership asked me to take it to Kistler rather than their dealership. The other Dealership decided not to honor my 90 day limited warranty nor did they offer out of good faith to have the vehicle repair done or to pay for Kislters time and energy. I am highly commending Jennifer for going above the call of duty as a service representative for Kistler. She must have called the other dealership on my behalf at least a dozen times and no one from the other dealership would return her call. She negotiated with Kistler to reduce the actual cost in 1/2 and my 15 year old son was very pleased to learn that the bill was reduced. Jennifer thank you so much for your empathy and showing that people still care about great service. My son and I hour extremely grateful for your integrity and you have a loyal customer for life. This Girl Does it ALL! I had the pleasure of meeting Sonya the moment I walked into Kistler Ford. She was so personable and knowledgeable about the products. She took me for I had the pleasure of meeting Sonya the moment I walked into Kistler Ford. She was so personable and knowledgeable about the products. She took me for a test drive of an Escape. She explained all of the features and introduced me to Bob, who helped direct me in the financing area. When I picked up my car, Sonya sync'ed my phone, set my radio stations and even came and picked up my car at work to have a remote start added. Sonya came and installed my license plates when they came in. A very pleasant experience and I will recommend Sonya and Kistler to all my friends and family. More
