Fast and Helpful I had just backed into someone in a parking lot and did some minor damage to the bumper of my 2010 Ford Escape. I stopped at the dealership (body shop) to ask their thoughts on the damage. Jerry Kohlruss, the Collision Shop Manager, took one look and called Justin Mitchell out to collect his thoughts. Justin went back into the shop and came out with a short rod and within 2 minutes had basically restored my dented bumper to it's original shape. Yes there was some minor paint damage but to receive fast and honest service with such excellent quality was refreshing. I will continue to recommend my social network (friends and family) to go to Kistler for all of their car care needs! More

We'd purchased the Mariner used at Kistler about two years ago. I didn't have an appointment-just stopped by to see if someone could help me sync my iPhone. I'd tried several times myself but could not get it to sync. Bill Zuccarell came right out found the problem. He then suggested that I make an appointment with him to have a tutorial on the dashboard commands since I was new to driving the car. I was impressed. That is real customer service to offer assistance 2 years after purchase of a used car. More

Recall...oh my I received a recall notice by mail and called the dealer immediately. An appointment was made and I thought here we go, this will take quite a while. I received a recall notice by mail and called the dealer immediately. An appointment was made and I thought here we go, this will take quite a while. I was greeted by name and given a ride home to wait for my car to be serviced. I was called within 3 1/2 hours! The van arrived at my home within minutes. All work was completed in a timely manner just as Tom Muirhead said it would. I will continue to use Kistler for car service and repairs. It is very nice to be treated as a valued customer! I have worked with Tom before and will continue to do so. Thank you Tom!!! More
