New car purchase experience. This was my first new car purchase also it was my first time at Kistler Ford. I an quite happy with my new Ford Escape. I left the dealer the first day I went in without buying but went back in 2 days later and bought my car. I had my husband called to let them know we were coming in to purchase the car and to have all the paper work ready and I must say they did have almost everything ready. The staff did a great job and I am very happy with the result of my visit to Kistler Ford. Ed and Maxwell were very helpful, I love that we can get a free car wash as often as we need it, it is a pity they don't do the inside of the cars. Maybe they can have a vacuum where we can do it ourselves. I need to visit again to get help with my bluetooth. Thanks for being there. More

We have Blue Tooth technology in our other car, but never used it because it was too complicated. He helped us with that also. What a great service for the customer. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about the sync system and how the "Sync Man" walks us through every step of the way. Understanding how to use this technology would be impossible without him. I had interaction with Maxwell Ohnezeit from the start in which he was very proactive to pass me over to Lauren. Once we agree upon a price Justin Flood in Finance took to process to completion. I loved the teamwork at the dealership. While waiting for the process to be completed I spent some time talking with the owner Bobby Jorgensen. This was the best buying experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. By the way we did have a few bumps along the way during this process and the team handled every issue with resolve, solutions and professionalism. Great job TEAM !!
