I feel totally duped by you. What my salesman told me and what is happening with service are two different things. I was told unlimited oil changes (I confirmed this with my husband when I got home). YOU kept e-mailing me, telling me to come in for oil changes before that time/mileage. Since my vehicle is a lease, I complied and brought it in for oil changes. Image my shock when I was told I used all the free oil changes up!!!! Every time I brought the vehicle in, I reminded service of this. NEVER ONCE did someone tell me I "had so many left". Had I been informed of this, I would have followed the guidelines of the manufac. I feel this was done on purpose. Well, it has backfired. When I was waiting for the oil change, before I knew of the situation, I talked with a salesman about another Rougue when my lease is up. I have to admit I was pretty excited. I want nothing to do with a company that lies to customers, There are plenty of other cars/dealers to go to. More

Christopher was excellent to work with, he offered us water, showed us around the dealership and even put a nice coat of wax on our new car while we were finalizing the paperwork. I am very disappointed with Yark Nissan, this is not my first review. After the first one i was supposed to receive a call from a manager. Still waiting. They kept looking the other way on my sons 2010 Al first review. After the first one i was supposed to receive a call from a manager. Still waiting. They kept looking the other way on my sons 2010 Altima transmission that was failing. He took it to the Nissan dealer in Cincinnati and was told it couldn't leave the dealership until they replaced the Transmission. They said the car was unsafe to drive. I have been buying vehicles from Yark since the 80's. I worked for 25 years at the Jeep plant and leased and purchased Jeeps every 3 years. My last purchase was a 2020 X4 BMW. I am going to think hard before I purchase another one from your company. Very disappointed! Mark Murray More
