I purchased a wrx app on taking car home I discovered the car had a bent wheel, bad battery, bad strut, needed alignment, and was missing tpms sensors the sales man told me we’re on the car tires were “just car had a bent wheel, bad battery, bad strut, needed alignment, and was missing tpms sensors the sales man told me we’re on the car tires were “just low and needed pumped up”. The dealer did agree to fix these issues. I dropped the car off more than 30days agp for repair,I have had to call for any update on the vehicle, and all that I am told is that the aftermarket wheel is no longer made and they “emailed “ a wheel distributor to try and get wheel, I feel like no one cares to get my car back because they have my money More

I'm 66 years old and by far Mia is the most gracious, honest, straight-forward, efficient sales representative from an auto dealership that I've ever met during my lifetime. We previously purchased a Subaru Forester and received the same, consistent approach from Mia. Due to my recent disability and loss of income she assisted us with lowering our payment to meet our budget requirements. Mia is superb enough at her job that she should be considered a standard for excellence within her profession. In addition, we met with Mark Thomas, Finance Manager for the first time. Mark also has a down-to-earth, gracious and honest approach with a wealth of knowledge that prompted him to assist us with additional cost avoidance on our payment and additional value-added services at minimum cost to us. Both Mia and Mark are the epitamy of professionalism and both keep the best interests of their customers in the forefront of their minds bar none. Thank you for our experience. Please praise both of these Yark representatives as my wife and I did for a job well done. More

Rude, argumentative, and unprofessional If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, the service department was argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional. Their service personnel hated us the moment we walked in and spoke to us accordingly. They quoted “car facts” they couldn’t back up with data (and after a literature review, were proven wrong by Argonne National Laboratory). When I brought my vehicle with concerns of the heat not working, having bought a new vehicle, their response was to tell me to let the vehicle idle for 20 minutes and to spend even more money with them to get a remote start, or make three more hour long trips and leave the vehicle with them. When i was sold the car, the folks ahead of me had their car detailed and filled with gas as a courtesy. Mine was dirty and had half a tank of gas. When I expressed my frustration at the rude and terrible service, they argued and said “too bad for you”. Worst car dealership I have ever encountered. At no time have they in any way asked how to make this better. They will take your money and then treat you terribly. Go anywhere else except here. I would gladly change my review if they even tried to meet me half way. More

Cupped tires on 2018 Subaru Put 18k miles on 2018 Subaru ,new car , tires are cupped. Dealer wants to sell me new set of tires with only 18 k miles . They cannot adjust tires sent me to firestone dealer. Have serviced car with Subaru dealer since new no mention of cupped tires as they rotated them. Cupped tires make thud sound at highway speeds. Feels like tire is slightly out of balance but makes annoying thud sound. Like flat spot on the tire. Other than tire issues the Subaru has been good buy and dealership is friendly. Service friendly too. Hopefully the Firestone dealer can adjust tires where Subaru dealer choose not to address. Lesson learned On what warranty covers today. More
