Hello and thank you for the response. i usually hate to leave negative feedback however I felt that there was no other way. My name is Amanda Westfall 845-239-2084 and I purcahsed a 2007 Silver Jeep Compass. My car is still sqealing and it is got worse after your mecahnic at the getty station "Changed a belt" the guy Ali at getty said that we needed to call and have the other part replaced because the belt was not the issue. HOWEVER i have not have a returned call from Ali or from Yonkers auto mall after many phone calls and messages were left. This problem needs to bne fixed and I will not return to the getty station because of the unprofessionalism. I do not trust them with my car because i feel that nothing is being fixed when the car is there all day. The winter is coming and that is why I bought the jeep however I do not feel safe. Please contact me to resolve this problem because I would like to in the future purcahse from you again however I will not and I will not recommend your services to others if my car is not fixed. And please remember the reason that I am so angry about this is becaise I was promised by the sales person that I originally dealt with that the sqealing as well as the broken seat adjustment on the passenger side would be fixed.
