Sales person was not upfront about the final OTD price—I asked for all fees upfront. It wasn’t until we were with the finance guy that it was mentioned there would be extra fees. We were livid and told him asked for all fees upfront. It wasn’t until we were with the finance guy that it was mentioned there would be extra fees. We were livid and told him to get it sorted out or we’d walk out. Fees were dropped but I did not like how they did business—very sleazy. Only redeeming factor was that the registration dept had it together and we’re very courteous. That’s the only reason I didn’t give this place a zero. More

Yonkers Kia order a Sensor for my car, I called to check to see if it had arrived, it had. A appointment was set for me to bring my car in. I arrived on time the day of my appointment, I was told that it wo to see if it had arrived, it had. A appointment was set for me to bring my car in. I arrived on time the day of my appointment, I was told that it would take about two hours to install. Three hours later I was told that it was not the correct part and they would have to reorder the part. I also live in Queens, NY!!! More
